Booking Unit 24 is easy!

We take advance bookings for weekly hires (Saturday to Saturday). You may book by phone or email or use the online booking form. For periods of less than a week these are generally only available on a standby basis. You can book on a standby basis between 0 and 7 days before your intended stay. Do not use the online booking form to make standby bookings. Phone or email your requirements to book for less than a week.

To confirm your booking a deposit of $100 is required.   Send this to:

Note we will keep the unit for you up to 5 working days pending receipt of your deposit. After 5 days the unit is available for another to book if we have not received your deposit.

You will need to pay the remainder by cheque, money order or cash on or before taking up residence. We either send you the keys by post before your holiday starts or you can arrange to pick them up in Noosa. On departure the property is checked for any damage, excess cleaning, breakage, late checkout or non-return of keys.

What to do next

To use the online booking form do the following:

1. Check the Bookings calendar to see if the unit is available on your desired week or weeks.
2. If available, click on the checkbox alongside the week(s).
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Make a booking' button.
4. A new page will open with an online form to complete with your name and contact details including your email address.
5. When you submit this form a request email will be sent to the unit owner and a receipt email will be sent to you.
6. Your requested week(s) will be amended to show as 'pending' until your deposit is received at which time they will show as 'booked'.

If you prefer to book by phone or email do the following:

1. Check the Bookings calendar to see if the unit is available on your desired week or weeks.
2. Note the week(s) and cost.
3. Contact the owner with your request - see the Contact page for your options.
4. Your requested week(s) will be amended show as 'pending' until your deposit is received at which time they will show as 'booked'.

If you wish to book for less than a week please contact the owner by phone or email with your request. You can book on a standby basis between 0 and 7 days before your intended stay.

For bookings beyond the last calendar date please contact the owner by phone or email with your request.

Bookings wishing to be made from addresses outside Australia should contact the owner by email rather than use the online booking form.
