Cancellation policy
In the event of the tenant cancelling the booking, a refund of the deposit less an administration fee of $50, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in the high season or 14 days notice at other times.

Terms and conditions of rental
The renter shall ensure that the standard of cleanliness of the premises is as high on their departure as on their arrival. A surcharge of $50 may be levied if this condition is not observed.

The renter shall not sub-let the premises or any part thereof.

The number of people occupying the premises shall not exceed the number stated for the premises - maximum six persons.

The renter binds and obliges himself to vacate the rented premises without demand at the termination of the period of rent.

The renter binds and obliges himself to pay the lessor in respect of any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.

Your initial payment comprises of a non refundable deposit. The balance of the rent charge must be paid prior to the commencement of the holiday. The Lessor may treat the booking as cancelled if the balance of the rent charge is not sent by this date. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, payment in full at the time of booking is required.

The Lessor, his agents or employees, accept no responsibility for loss, injury or damage to any member of the renter’s party or their property, arising in any manner out of the let of the premises, however caused.

The renter shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to neighbouring residents or occupiers.

The renter undertakes to leave the rented premises secure if left unoccupied during the period of let.

The renter undertakes to relieve the Lessor from any liability for damage or injury by any member of his party, however caused.

We reserve the right of entry to the properties at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out repairs or maintenance.

Privacy policy
Should you provide any personal data to the owner of this website that information will not be released to anyone else without your consent. We make no effort to identify public visitors to this site, and personal information is not compiled in site usage statistics. Your contact details will not be given to others for marketing purposes.
